Application:
This device is applicable to the HINGE and finished products of NOTE-BOOK for torsion (torsion attenuation) and life test. It can measure the torsion value of each opening and closing, and send the collected torsion signal to PC through USB3.0 photoelectric isolation communication module, which will automatically record the curve change and draw the torsion attenuation life curve. In order to achieve the purpose of measuring the torque on the finished product (no need to disassemble the HINGE), the use of software to set the test conditions, easy to operate, and all the data can be stored (test conditions, torsion-angle curve, life decay curve, test data report... Etc.).

  • Test conditions are set by the computer software (including Angle measurement range, stroke origin position, measurement speed, measurement times, pause time, N seconds after testing N times... ... etc.).
  • Can print and store graphs (torsion-angle curve + data, torque attenuation curve + data, test reports).
  • The title of the test report, product specifications, test date, operator, file number, etc. can be modified at any time (both in Chinese and English).
  • Automatically keep the original data, old test data can be loaded at any time, archived storage, file adjustment and printing.
  • The report can be automatically judged Passed or Fail according to the set upper and lower limits, and automatically generate the maximum torque value, minimum torque value, average value, etc. of the current test times. The maximum torque value, minimum torque value and average value of each curve can be generated.
  • Automatically records every torsion-angle curve, torque attenuation curve + data.
  • Torsion attenuation curve report: Shows the relationship between the torsion value change (attenuation) and the number of times during the whole test.
  • Japan Panasonic servo motor drive, with 2500r high pulse code, high precision positioning, low noise, large torque, can be used for a long time.
  • Uses Korea SETECH precision torque sensor to measure torque with accuracy up to ±0.5%FS.
  • Bilateral force application ensures that the left and right synchronous rocker arms will not shake and the acquisition force is highly accurate during the test; It is equipped with two-sided axis matching device to ensure the consistency and test accuracy of the tested HINGE axis.
